So, a condo, rental housing, multi-tenant offices or retail are where we can generate really good returns for our developer partners. Our retrofit model is also very compelling. We can work with strata councils and landlords to identify energy efficiency improvements and, by taking on the ownership and operation of the energy systems, can save as much as 30% on strata fees.
